CALVARY CHURCH CAMP 2023

Our church camp is at El Rancho (https://elrancho.co.nz/) over the weekend of 3 – 5 November. Beginning on Friday night and ending after lunch on Sunday, it is a highlight of our church year as we share in fellowship, food and times of worship and Bible teaching. This year we have Pastors Steve Jones and Jake Wilmoth from Calvary Hamilton with us to share from God's word. Children’s ministry is provided during the group sessions and there’s lots of activities for the children to enjoy throughout the weekend. We hope to see you there!

Accommodation

Please indicate how many people will be staying in motels, cabins or camping. For those staying in motels, we will endeavour to match you with your preferred motel accommodation, however, this may not be possible in every instance depending on overall availability.

In addition, accommodation is available at Elm Lodge for $52 per person per night. Bunkrooms are $31 per person per night. We will be dining and meeting for our gatherings in the Pinewood complex as we have done in previous years.

Food

We again have Tecla Wilmoth and her team catering for us. Food cost is $55 per adult (aged 13+) and $27.50 per child (aged 5 – 12) for the whole weekend. Children under 5 are free. If you are not there for the whole weekend then the cost is $11 per meal for adults and $5.50 per meal for children. Meals provided are breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
