CALVARY CHURCH CAMP 2026

Our church camp is at El Rancho (https://elrancho.co.nz/) over the weekend of 27 – 29 November. Beginning on Friday night and ending after lunch on Sunday, it is a highlight of our church year as we share in fellowship, food and times of worship and Bible teaching. Mark Roberts, our church's founding pastor, is our guest speaker this year and will be joined by his wife Pam. Children’s ministry is provided during the group sessions and there’s lots of activities for the children to enjoy throughout the weekend. We hope to see you there!

Accommodation

Please indicate how many people will be staying in motels, cabins or camping. For those staying in motels, we will endeavour to match you with your preferred motel accommodation, however, this may not be possible in every instance depending on overall availability. Priority will be given to those who are staying both Friday and Saturday nights and where your grouping can maximise occupancy in a motel. If you're looking for a single room then this will likely mean that you'll be accommodated in Elm.

Please note that linens and towels are now no longer provided for free in any of the motels. You need to bring your own or you can hire linens ($17) and towels ($8) if you are staying in the Villas or Bakers Lodge. Those staying in Elm and in the Cabins will need to bring your own linens and towels.

Motel Accommodation: Motel accommodation (Villas, Baker Lodge, and Elm) costs $60 per person per night (children age 3 and under are free). You can see the different motel accommodation at https://www.elrancho.co.nz/Your+Events/Accommodation/Motels+-+for+Group+Bookings.html).

Cabin / Bunk Room: cost is $35 per person per night (children age 3 and under are free).

Food

We again have Tecla Wilmoth and her team catering for us. Food cost is $50 per adult (aged 13+) and $25 per child (aged 5 – 12) for the whole weekend. Children under 5 are free. If you are not there for the whole weekend then the cost is $10 per meal for adults and $5 per meal for children. Meals provided are breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday.
