The Heart Behind the Conference
From Ephesians 4:11-12, the heart behind our Equip & Edify Conference is to see God's people encouraged in their faith and better equipped for the work of ministry that God has for them. Each year we have a ministry-related theme that is geared towards strengthening those in ministry and encouraging others to step out and to step up into the ministry and areas of service that the Lord is calling them to.
Guest Speaker
We are pleased to have Pastor Doug Calhoon from Calvary Shoreline in Tauranga join us for this year's conference. Doug pastored a church in Uganda in Africa prior to coming to New Zealand. Doug and his wife Destiny have a shared heart for ministry, a deep love for God's word and together have three children.
Conference Details
The conference runs from Friday evening on 19 June to Sunday morning on 21 June. We will be at the Silverstream Retreat (3 Reynolds Bach Drive) the whole weekend..
Friday and Sunday - no cost.
Saturday - $30 per person (morning tea and lunch). Dinner Saturday night is self-catered.
